He has since started his own venture studio, where he is incubating a couple of companies and building the initial teams.About the RoleWe are looking for deeply technical Product Engineers who thrive in high-ownership environments and have a strong bias toward building and shipping. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our core products.ResponsibilitiesWork within the fundamentals - TypeScript, JavascriptBuild user-facing applicationsWork within small team with end-to-end product ownershipSignificantly shape the product and engineering culture as the team growsSkills & Experience Needed5+ years of experience in software development and engineeringPrior experience working at early-stage startups, ideally as one of the first ten to twenty employeesDemonstrated success in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsThink and operate like a founding engineerQuick to adapt and eager to learn, especially in AI-enabled product contextsA bias for action and fast experimentationCraftsmanship in software development, with strong attention to detail, performance, and polishCollaborative, humble, and user-first in thinkingExposure to mobile app development is a plus
