Career Progression Phase One — Training & Probation (90 Days) Your first 90 days are designed as a structured onboarding and performance evaluation period. During this period you will: * Receive training on our recruitment services, CRM, outreach strategy, and business development process. * Build relationships with healthcare organizations across the United States. * Generate qualified partnership opportunities. * Earn commission for successful business generated during the probation period. Phase Two — Permanent Employment Candidates who successfully complete probation and meet performance expectations will be offered permanent employment with: * Starting Base Salary: **USD $1,000 per month** * Performance-Based Commission * Career Growth Opportunities * Long-Term Leadership Potential Responsibilities * Prospect U.S. healthcare facilities through outbound phone calls, email, and LinkedIn. * Build relationships with healthcare executives, HR departments, and hiring managers. * Present Proxena's healthcare staffing services professionally. * Schedule meetings with prospective clients. * Maintain accurate CRM records. * Collaborate with the recruitment team. * Help expand Proxena's healthcare client network. Qualifications We're looking for professionals who have: * Business development, B2B sales, recruitment, or healthcare staffing experience. * Excellent spoken and written English. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Strong organizational skills. * Availability during U.S. business hours. Healthcare staffing experience is highly preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates with proven B2B sales experience.
