Responsibilities
We're looking for a Chief Growth Officer to lead our growth across Upwork, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Staff Augmentation, and other inbound & outbound channels.Responsibilities:Own and execute the company's growth strategy.Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing, staff augmentation, partnerships, and other channels.Build and optimize inbound and outbound marketing funnels.Create outreach campaigns that convert into meetings and revenue.Continuously test, measure, and improve campaigns based on data.Build processes that can scale as the company grows.Work closely with sales and delivery teams to grow the pipeline.Requirements:Strong experience in B2B growth marketing.Expertise in LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, email marketing and lead generation.Experience selling software services, AI solutions, SaaS or staff augmentation.A data-driven mindset with a structured approach to growth.Creative problem solver who is always testing and improving.Takes ownership and is accountable for revenue growth.If you are someone who builds systems, thinks strategically,and knows how to turn ideas into measurable business growth, we'd love to hear from you.Send your resume along with examples of campaigns or growth results you've achieved to careers@neksogix.com
