We are seeking a Performance Management Specialist to develop our client performance management process. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing performance management frameworks, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback. You will work closely with the client leadership team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop KPIs, metrics, and or OKRs.
