Project Manager (Remote) Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term Opportunity Stone Creation is a rapidly growing luxury stone fabrication and installation company based in Irvine, California. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial projects, including quartz, porcelain, natural stone, fireplaces, wall cladding, and custom architectural stonework. We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager who will oversee projects from contract through final installation while ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience. This is not a position for someone who waits to be told what to do. We are looking for a proactive, organized, detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of their work, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys solving problems before they happen. ____ About You You are someone who: - Takes ownership of every project. - Is highly organized and detail-oriented. - Communicates professionally and confidently with customers and team members. - Thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Learns new software and processes quickly. - Can prioritize multiple projects without missing deadlines. - Thinks ahead and identifies potential issues before they become problems. - Is resourceful, dependable, and accountable. - Continuously looks for ways to improve systems and processes. ____ Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from the time the contract is signed until the project is successfully completed. Responsibilities include: - Managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Coordinating project schedules with customers and field personnel. - Scheduling templating, fabrication, deliveries, and installations. - Communicating with customers throughout every stage of the project. - Coordinating with sales, templators, fabricators, installers, and subcontractors. - Reviewing project documentation for accuracy before production. - Following up on customer approvals and outstanding items. - Tracking project progress daily and ensuring deadlines are met. - Identifying scheduling conflicts and resolving issues proactively. - Maintaining accurate project notes and documentation. - Ensuring all projects follow Stone Creation's internal procedures and quality standards. - Providing exceptional customer service from start to finish. ____ Qualifications Required - Previous experience managing construction projects or stone fabrication/tile projects. - Experience in the stone, tile, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, General Construction, or remodeling industry. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Outstanding organizational and time management skills. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines. - Strong problem-solving skills. -- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Highly proficient with computers and learning new software. ____ Preferred - Software Experience - Experience with any of the following is a plus: - Any construction management platform whether stone based or GC based - Slack - Microsoft Office - Google Workspace - Zoom Don't worry if you haven't used every program—we're looking for someone who learns quickly. ____ What Success Looks Like Our ideal Project Manager: - Keeps projects moving without being reminded. - Anticipates problems before they affect the customer. - Communicates proactively with customers and the internal team. - Maintains accurate schedules and documentation. - Takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. - Helps improve our processes as the company continues to grow. ____ What We Offer - Full-time, long-term employment. - Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company. - Performance-based raises. - Paid time off. - Ongoing training and development.
