Responsibilities

You're not looking for a Manager title to put on your CV. You're looking for a role where you actually own something. You've spent the last few years building ops in a business that was moving fast and didn't always have the infrastructure to match. You've figured things out as you went — processes, compliance, people, clients — and you've got the scars and the results to show for it.You're not a COO in waiting. You're an operator who wants to lead a function, develop a team, and build something that lasts. If that's you, read on.The opportunityC-Serv is a global IT consulting and workforce solutions firm operating across 10+ countries — including some of the most complex employment environments in the world: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, and beyond. We're growing fast, and we need someone to lead the operational engine that makes every consultant engagement work. That means owning the full consultant lifecycle, managing multi-country compliance, leading client operations, and developing a team of three from the front. You'll report directly to the CEO and be the primary escalation point between delivery and leadership. No layers. No politics. Just real ownership of a function that matters. What you'll ownConsultant lifecycle — end to end. From the moment a placement is confirmed to the day a consultant exits, you own the experience. Onboarding, check-ins, contract renewals, offboarding — all of it, across 10+ countries.Multi-country compliance and EOR management. You'll personally manage our EOR provider relationships across active markets. Visa and right-to-work processes, payroll accuracy, country-specific compliance — this is yours to own, not delegate.Client operations. You're the primary point of contact when things need to be resolved. Client escalations, invoicing coordination alongside RevOps, PSA administration, vendor and IT management — the infrastructure that keeps the business running.Your team. You'll lead a Consultancy Engagement Lead and two Consultancy Engagement Coordinators — setting standards, running 1:1s, developing each person, and building a team that performs under pressure.RequirementsWhat we need from youThis is a niche role and we're being deliberate about who we hire. You'll need to evidence the following:You've been an early or first ops hire in a scaling firm — preferably professional services — and built SOPs before you managed anyoneYou've personally managed EOR providers across 5+ countries, including at least one high-complexity market (Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, or equivalent) — not managed someone who didYou've managed and developed people — can point to direct reports you've genuinely grown, not just supervisedYou're financially sharp — comfortable in Excel, able to track utilisation, PTO liability, invoicing, and expenses without needing it set up for youYou've worked inside a PSA platform (Certinia, Kantata, HaloPSA, or equivalent) in a live environmentYou have exposure to employment law — can read a contract, flag issues, and know when to escalate to legalYou've worked in a start-up or early-stage business and you roll your sleeves up without being askedYou're extremely organised — multiple workstreams, multiple time zones, nothing falls through the cracksReferences should confirm you were the reason things held together during a growth phase — not just that you were present for it.BenefitsWhat you'll get from us£60,000 – £65,000 base salary + performance bonusFully remote — work from anywhere in the UKA genuine seat at the table in a business that's building something realDirect access to the CEO — no politics, no layersA team to lead and develop from day oneThe autonomy to build the function your wayA values-led, DEI-committed, 100% woman-owned business
