Role Overview: - We are looking for an experienced Security Managed Services Practitioner with strong expertise in Computer Security Incident Response (CSIR) to help design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, infrastructure, and business processes against cyber threats. - The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with multiple teams, support security incident management, and contribute to strengthening the organization's overall security posture. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Computer Security Incident Response. - Collaborate with and support teams to ensure effective security operations and performance. - Participate in team and cross-functional decision-making. - Provide security solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. - Monitor and respond to security incidents and potential cyber threats. - Stay updated on emerging security threats, trends, and technologies. - Contribute to protecting enterprise infrastructure, applications, information, and business processes. - Support security training and awareness initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Computer Security Incident Response. - Expert-level proficiency in Computer Security Incident Response. - Strong understanding of threat detection and incident management processes. - Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools. - Knowledge of network security protocols and security best practices. - Familiarity with information security regulatory and compliance requirements. - Experience conducting security training and awareness programs. - Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Important Eligibility Requirements: - Applicants must currently be in the Philippines and have the right to live and work in the country. - Willingness to work onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule is required.
