We’re Looking for People Who Want to Build the Future of Value Delivery: “Value Delivery” as the next evolution beyond Management Consulting and BPO
Not another consulting practice.
Not another AI implementation shop.
Not another marketplace.
We’re building something different.
We are a global company operating across consulting, staffing, training, and outsourcing. We are now building a new service line around a simple but potentially disruptive question:
What if we could fundamentally change how organizations create, deliver, measure, and capture value?
We believe the convergence of management consulting, AI, emerging technology, data, talent, and execution creates an opportunity to rethink the traditional consulting model from the ground up.
And we're looking for a small group of exceptional people to help us do it.
WHO WE WANT
We're looking for builders, thinkers, and practitioners with unusually strong backgrounds in areas such as:
Strategy & Management Consulting
Strategy
Operations
Operating Model Design
Performance Improvement
Business Transformation
Organization & Change
AI & Technology
Generative AI
Agentic AI
AI-enabled workflows
Automation
Data & Analytics
Emerging technologies
Technology / platform architecture
Entrepreneurship & Product
Building new businesses
Marketplace / platform models
Product strategy
Ecosystem development
Business model innovation
We're particularly interested in people who have worked at firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC, KPMG, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, LEK, or other top-tier consulting / technology organizations—or who have built comparable expertise independently.
But pedigree isn't the point.
We're looking for people who can walk into an ambiguous problem and say:
"I can figure this out."
ONE PERSON WITH EVERYTHING?
Fantastic.
More likely, we'll assemble a small, elite multidisciplinary team whose capabilities compound.
We need people who can think strategically and get their hands dirty.
People who can move from:
Boardroom → business model → operating model → process → technology → AI → prototype → execution.
OUR FIRST BUILD: A MARKETPLACE
Our first initiative is deliberately ambitious.
We're going to design and build a marketplace from scratch.
But we're not interested in building another directory, staffing marketplace, freelancer platform, or AI wrapper.
We're exploring a fundamentally different model for connecting:
Demand + Capability + Talent + Technology + Capital + Data + Execution
The objective is to create a platform where AI and human capability can be orchestrated to deliver measurable business outcomes.
That means we're starting with a blank sheet of paper.
You'll have the opportunity to influence everything:

Scale
THIS IS NOT A JOB.
At least not initially.
The initial work is pro bono.
We're deliberately looking for people who are willing to contribute their expertise because they want to build something intellectually interesting, commercially meaningful, and potentially much bigger than themselves.
The people who create meaningful value will have the opportunity to participate in the commercialization and future economics of what we build, subject to the structure we ultimately establish.
In other words:
We're not looking for volunteers.
We're looking for co-founders-in-spirit, builders, and intellectual entrepreneurs.
WHY WOULD SOMEONE DO THIS?
Because the opportunity is bigger than a consulting engagement.
You could:
→ Create a new category of professional services
→ Develop proprietary Value Delivery methodologies and IP
→ Build an AI-native operating model
→ Create a real technology platform
→ Work with an unusually talented multidisciplinary team
→ Turn your ideas into something that actually exists
→ Potentially participate in the economics of the resulting business
And perhaps most importantly:
You get to work on a problem that doesn't have an answer yet.
WHO SHOULD REACH OUT?
If you have spent years advising companies and have ever thought:
"There has to be a better way to actually deliver the value we recommend."
If you're an AI builder who has ever thought:
"Most companies are barely scratching the surface of what AI can actually do."
If you're an entrepreneur who wants to build something ambitious but don't want to build it alone.
If you're a former consultant who misses solving genuinely difficult problems.
If you're a technologist who wants to operate at the intersection of business + technology + AI + execution.
Or if you're simply one of those rare people who sees an enormous, ambiguous problem and immediately starts thinking about how to solve it...
We should talk.
We're intentionally keeping the initial group small.
Exceptional people only.
The best opportunities don't always come with a job description.
Sometimes they begin with a blank sheet of paper.
