We are hiring a CRM Solutions Consultant at Fuse.Fuse.cx is a remote-first, Braze-specialist consultancy. We work with fast-growing e-commerce brands, QSR operators, and loyalty-driven retailers to help them get more value from their customer engagement technology.What you will be doing:Spending your time hands-on in Braze, building complex canvases, writing Liquid templating, and configuring connected content.Bridging the gap between client marketing teams and their data or engineering teams.Leading discovery sessions, scoping implementations honestly, and presenting recommendations to mixed audiences.What we need from you:Deep, hands-on experience with Braze.A strong understanding of CDPs, data warehouses, and event-based data structures.The ability to hold your own in a technical conversation and know when a data problem is not a Braze problem.A preference for building the right solution once rather than a quick fix three times.This is a full-time, remote position on Anakah's team.
