Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud configuration and Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Service Cloud features, along with good communication skills. Experience in the manufacturing domain is an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.Develop applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Validation Rules.Configure Service Cloud features including: Case Management, Queues, Assignment & Escalation Rules, Email-to-Case, Service Console, Knowledge (preferred).Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Participate in deployments, bug fixes, SIT/UAT, and production support.Follow Salesforce best practices and contribute to solution design.Required SkillsStrong Salesforce Service Cloud configuration experience.Hands-on expertise in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Validation Rules.Awareness of the FFLIB framework.Basic knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, profiles, and permission sets.Experience with deployment processes and version control.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with manufacturing clients.Agile/Scrum project experience.Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification (good to have).Nice to HaveAzure middleware experience.CI/CD and DevOps exposure.Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.Interested candidates can share their profiles on hr@runmapglobal.com
