This role focuses on building content across formats—including eLearning, video, webinars, onsite training materials, and documentation—to support both customer education and internal enablement.This is a hands-on, content-focused role. You’ll spend most of your time working directly in the product, learning workflows, and turning them into simple, effective training materials. The ideal candidate is a strong builder who can quickly understand how a product works and create high-quality content using modern tools, including AI.What You'll DoDesign and build training content across formats, including:Self-paced eLearning modulesVideo tutorials and screen recordingsRecorded webinars and walkthroughsOnsite training materials (guides, decks, exercises)Written documentation and help contentWork directly within the product to understand workflows and translate them into clear, user-friendly trainingPartner primarily with customer-facing teams (e.g., customer success, support) to gather input and identify content needsCreate scripts, outlines, and structured content for video and digital learningUse AI tools (writing, video, voiceover, editing, etc.) to increase speed and consistency of content productionMaintain consistency in tone, structure, and quality across all materialsUpdate and improve content as the product evolvesOrganize and manage content within LMS or knowledge base systemsQualifications2–4 years of experience creating digital training, instructional, or educational contentStrong ability to learn software products quickly and explain them clearlyExcellent writing and content organization skills—you can make complex workflows simpleExperience with eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar) or willingness to learnExperience creating or editing video content (screen recordings, tutorials, etc.)Comfort using AI tools to support content creation (or strong willingness to learn)Ability to manage multiple projects and work independentlyStrong attention to detail and consistencyEven Better If You HaveExperience working with SaaS products or B2B softwareFamiliarity with LMS platforms or knowledge base toolsBasic video editing or multimedia production skillsExperience creating materials for instructor-led or onsite training (without necessarily facilitating)What Success Looks LikeClear, easy-to-follow training content that helps users confidently navigate the productHigh-quality materials that support both self-service and onsite training programsConsistent, efficient output across multiple content formatsContent that stays current with ongoing product updates
