Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Colombia Time, UTC-5) — approximately 45 hours per week, structured to cover U.S. Eastern business hours. Some weekend availability is expected to respond to lead emails and text messages as needed to keep deals moving.
Type: Full-time international employee · USD-based compensation, paid in Colombian pesos.
Compensation: Earn over USD $1,000 per month with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.
About Valian
Valian is an AI-powered platform that replaces the front desk for U.S. dental and medical practices by verifying insurance, answering calls, booking appointments, checking patients in, following up with patients who need to be recalled, and automatically recovering lost revenue.
We're an early-stage U.S. company building our backend operations hub in Medellín, and we're hiring our founding sales team. The people who join us now will grow with the company.
The Role
You'll be speaking with U.S. dental practices, introducing Valian, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments with decision-makers who understand our solution and have a high likelihood of becoming customers.
This is a high-volume, high-skill outbound sales role for someone who knows how to start conversations, handle objections, create urgency, and build relationships that drive results.
What You'll Do
Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to U.S. dental practices.
Book qualified appointments with prospects who clearly understand what Valian does and how our platform integrates into their practice.
Manage your pipeline and prospects using Close CRM (full training provided).
Use a professional dialer with a dedicated business phone number and company email.
Continuously refine scripts, test new approaches, and contribute to generating closed deals.
Compensation (Uncapped)
Competitive USD-based base salary
USD $15 for every qualified appointment that attends the meeting.
USD $50 for every closed deal.
Top performers earn well above their base salary — your pipeline is your paycheck.
You're a Great Fit If You Have
C1–C2 English — confident, natural, and professional on the phone.

Proven experience in phone sales (cold calling, appointment setting, or closing deals).
Experience in medical or technology sales is a strong advantage.

We're remote today, with a Medellín office planned to open in early 2027.
