You'll take full ownership of our retention calendar, building and launching campaigns with the kind of precision that lets our Retention team focus on strategy, not spot-checking your work.What You'll DoBuild, test, schedule, and QA every email, SMS, and push campaign from start to finishTreat every send as a chance to grow revenue, with a goal of 30% growth in retention channels this yearBrief and coordinate with our Design and Copy teams early, so no campaign is ever lateKeep our database clean and healthy, aiming for 99.5% delivery or betterCatch errors before they go out, not afterShare a monthly report on what's working and what's not, with real takeaways the team can act onUse AI tools to move faster on copy drafts, subject line tests, and QA, always reviewing before anything goes liveWhat You BringHands-on experience with KlaviyoA completed Bachelor's degreeStrong written and spoken EnglishComfort working independently and owning your calendar without close supervisionBonus: experience with Postscript (SMS)Bonus: familiarity with beauty, haircare, or skincare trends
