You can find your productive zone and work from there.About the role:We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team as a true business partner. You'll help own the financial relationship across our business functions - GTM, Engineering, G&A, and beyond - and be the connective tissue between operational activity and financial outcomes.You'll be actively working with business leaders, pushing for clarity on spend, surfacing risks, and turning data into decisions.What you'll be doing: Own budget vs. actuals analysis across assigned business functions, with clear variance commentary that drives actionPartner with department heads on headcount planning, vendor spend, and initiative-level ROIBuild and maintain operating models, forecasts, and scenario analysesSupport monthly and quarterly close, including accrual analysis, building and adjusting forecasts, and board/leadership reportingDevelop financial models and dashboards that give leaders real-time visibility into their businessIdentify and surface financial risks and opportunities proactively - not just when askedLeverage AI tools and workflows to increase the speed and quality of financial analysisSupport business leaders in making key decisions about the direction of their organizationsWhat you'll need: 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experienceStrong financial modeling skills - you build models others can actually useProven ability to business partner: translate numbers into narratives, push back constructively, influence decisionsExperience with variance analysis, budget management, and close processesComfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment without heavy process guardrailsAI-native mindset - you actively incorporate AI into financial workflows and think about how to apply it to analysis, modeling, and reportingPreferredExperience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech company, or a large accounting firmFamiliarity with Rillet, Ramp, or Abacum (or comparable modern finance stack tools)Experience with business intelligence tools such as SigmaExperience with SQLBenefits we offer:Generous compensation in cash and equityEarly exercise for all options, including pre-vestedWork from anywhere: Remote-first CultureFlexible paid time off and Year-end breakHealth insurance, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents - US and Canada specific4% matching in 401k / RRSP - US and Canada specificMacBook Pro delivered to your doorOne-time stipend to set up a home office — desk, chair, screen, etc.Monthly meal stipendMonthly social meet-up stipendAnnual health and wellness stipendAnnual Learning stipendJoin a fast-growing company with world-class professionals from around the world.
