About the RoleNavigate Human Resources Consultants is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can independently manage recruitment mandates, build strong client relationships, mentor recruiters, and deliver quality hiring solutions across IT and Non-IT domains.If you have a consultative approach to recruitment, enjoy leading teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.Manage client accounts and build long-term relationships.Understand client requirements and provide effective hiring strategies.Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist quality candidates.Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer management, and joining formalities.Ensure strong process adherence and timely delivery on all open mandates.Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular client communication.Drive closures while maintaining high standards of candidate and client experience.Desired Candidate Profile5–7 years of experience in domestic recruitment.Proven experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.Strong account management and team handling experience.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and recruitment metrics.What We OfferPermanent Work From Home opportunity.Salary: ₹5–7 LPA plus attractive performance incentives.Opportunity to work with leading clients across multiple industries.Leadership role with career growth opportunities.Collaborative and performance-driven work culture.Interested candidates can share their resume at: 📧 ashish@navigatehr.in
