Job DescriptionStrike Social harnesses the power of machine learning/artificial intelligence to drive the best outcomes across YouTube, Meta, TikTok and other paid social media platforms. Our proprietary AdTech platform, Campaign Lab enables our highly skilled implementation teams to deliver significant KPI and price improvements for agencies and brands. We are a US owned, global business with Operations hubs in Manila, Mexico City and Krakow.The Sales Director East Coast will be committed, smart, motivated and an agile hunter. You will be responsible for developing and closing new business to expand our client base, you will drive revenue growth, and evangelize Strike Social as a leader in the digital advertising industry. This role requires exceptional sales acumen and must be a hunter, team player and have the ability to exceed targets. This is a remote east coast position, reporting to the Managing Director, North America.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Meeting and exceeding revenue goals, while surpassing internal KPIsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work independently to find new businessBe an expert in the full suite of products and solutions across The Strike Social platform; Including, Meta, TikTok and YouTube.Building and managing an individual pipeline to exceed personal sales targets through direct partnershipsClient communication, strategic thinking and troubleshooting account complications to promote client satisfaction; develops and improves executive level relationships within targeted accountsExperience working within a CRM (SalesForce, Boostr, PipeDrive, OutReach)Qualifications:10+ Years of digital media experience selling to brands, agencies, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, OLV.Existing relationships with senior media agency decision makers, that can shorten the sales cycleAn ambitious, self-starter attitude, A true hunterAbility to work in a faced-paced environment and manage multiple projectsUnderstanding of the evolving social media landscapeA solution-oriented mindset to handle objections and close new businessWhy Work HereStrike Social is a global leader in outcome-based YouTube and Paid Social media buying. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, performance and other factors. The range listed is just one component of Strike Social’s total compensation package for salespeople.
