We generate leads through online marketing, and we need talented appointment setters to help convert those leads into consultations with our CPA team. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for motivated, English-fluent appointment setters to call warm leads and schedule free consultations with our licensed CPAs. This is a fully remote, performance-based role — you earn $3-5 USD for every appointment you book. No hourly rate, no cap on earnings. The more appointments you set, the more you make. This is NOT cold calling. You'll be calling people who already showed interest by completing our online tax savings quiz. Your job is to follow up, confirm they need help, and book the appointment. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Lead Outreach * Call warm leads who completed our tax savings quiz. * Follow up with leads who didn't answer (callbacks, voicemails). * Make calls during US Eastern business hours (9am-6pm EST). 2. Qualification * Use provided script to qualify leads. * Confirm the lead needs professional tax filing assistance. * Identify their filing situation (individual, business, freelance, etc.). * Understand their timeline and urgency. 3. Appointment Setting * Book free 15-minute consultations with our CPA team. * Collect lead information (name, phone, email). * Confirm appointment details with the lead. * Handle objections professionally using provided responses. 4. Documentation * Log all calls and outcomes accurately. * Track appointments booked. * Report daily activity and results. * Communicate any issues or feedback promptly. 5. Professionalism * Represent us professionally on every call. * Maintain a friendly, helpful, and non-pushy tone. * Follow the script while keeping conversations natural. * Respect leads who decline and mark them appropriately. REQUIREMENTS Must-Have: * Fluent English with neutral or American accent (non-negotiable). * Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, appointment setting, or phone sales. * Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps). * Quiet workspace for making calls. * Headset with microphone. * Available to work during US Eastern Time business hours (9am-6pm EST). * Computer or smartphone for calling and tracking. Preferred: * Experience with US-based clients or customers. * Background in financial services, tax, insurance, or similar industries. * Familiarity with CRM tools or call tracking software. * Self-motivated with minimal supervision needed. * Previous remote work experience.
