About the OpportunityAre you an experienced change leader driven to help organizations transform their people, processes, and culture? We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Practitioner to shape strategic change initiatives across diverse industries, with a strong focus on healthcare and IT modernization or transformation programs.In this role, you will partner with leaders to design and execute change strategies that strengthen adoption, enhance workforce readiness, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
