We’re looking for an experienced Cost Estimator to join our dynamic team, and this opportunity might be for you. WorldTeams is an ecosystem where we go beyond traditional matchmaking. You will get the chance to: Calculate material quantities and request budgets from suppliers in the US. Upload and monitor construction documents in the company’s software. Collaborate in the affiliation process with the company responsible for MEP facilities and work on the corresponding plans. Manage document modifications in AutoCAD. What you must bring to the table: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Semi Senior or Senior experience level. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost estimating software (experience with Smartsheet is a plus). Experience in cost estimation, document control, quality estimation, and budgeting. ⁠Knowledge of architectural terminology. Experience leading and motivating teams.
