Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for a Remote Assistant Project Manager to cover work outside Paris business hours while working daytime locally
Responsibilities
-Assigning and coordinating project contributors (3D artists, designers, QC specialists)
-Tracking deadlines and project stages
-Maintaining clear communication between all project participants
-Supporting the Project Manager with daily operational tasks
Requirements
-Strong written and spoken English is mandatory
-French language proficiency is a strong plus, but not required
-Experience in coordination, operations, or project support roles
-Ability to organize tasks, prioritize, and work independently
-Fast learner, flexible, and detail-oriented
-Knowledge of 3D production or digital content workflows is a plus
Working hours (IMPORTANT)
-Monday–Friday
-18:00–01:00 Paris time – This is a daytime / early evening schedule in Latin America (for example: 12:00–19:00 in Colombia, 11:00–18:00 in Mexico, 12:00–19:00 in Peru, etc.)
Conditions
-Fully remote; freelance contract cooperation
-Fixed monthly compensation: €600
