We are looking for a FV Operations Manager to lead our Manila operations. This is a mission-critical role for someone who enjoys building the infrastructure that enables high-performing teams to excel.
* Provide guidance on payroll-related issues and oversee employee benefits programs such as HMO, bonuses, and perks.
* Identify new facilities and negotiate lease agreements.
* Oversee payroll accounting, budgets, forecasts, and bookkeeping to ensure fiscal responsibility.
* Demonstrate high integrity and the ability to work with American stakeholders who expect clear, straightforward communication.
* Direct maintenance and facilities staff to ensure safe, functional, and productive work environments.

Experienced operational leader.
* 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in HRBP, Accounting, Infrastructure, or Operations.
* Demonstrated ability to enhance efficiency, manage complex workflows, maintain service standards, and guide teams through growth and change.
Compliance and financial expert.
* Deep, practical knowledge of the Republic of the Philippines Labor Code, local labor laws, and reporting requirements.
* Acts as the definitive authority for compliant and ethical operations.
Facilities and asset management.
* Ensure the security and scalability of the IT environment by directing the Desktop and Networking team.
* Oversee maintenance, vendor negotiations, and future office acquisitions to support headcount growth.
Cross-functional talent developer.
* Proven experience managing and mentoring diverse, cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance/Accounting, and HR.
* Commitment to continuous process improvement, psychological safety, and professional development.
Agile and versatile problem solver.
* Exceptional agility and resourcefulness.
* Ability to move seamlessly from strategic discussions to resolving urgent operational issues such as facility repairs or infrastructure failures.
