Position Overview:
The Marketing Operations Lead (Paid Media & Outreach) role is ideal for a mid-level, execution-focused marketing operator who thrives on owning channels and systems once direction is set. You will be responsible for day-to-day execution and optimization across paid search, outbound outreach operations, and performance tracking. This is not a strategy or people-management role success is defined by reliable execution, clean reporting, and consistent improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and optimize Google Search Ad (BOFU-focused) campaigns based on defined goals and budgets.
Manage outbound outreach operations including tools, sequences, and list hygiene—and oversee the team responsible for execution, with optional hands-on involvement.
Support sponsorship execution and performance tracking (sponsorship sourcing provided initially).
Monitor performance across channels and maintain clear, accurate reporting dashboards.
Ensure clean attribution and basic cross-channel performance visibility.
Coordinate task-specific freelancers or vendors as needed (e.g., design, copy, list building).
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose practical process improvements.
Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads or paid search campaigns.
Practical experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
Strong operational mindset with the ability to work autonomously once goals are defined.
Clear, investor-grade written English for outreach and reporting.
Comfortable working across multiple tools and systems without heavy oversight.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting outbound or cold email systems.
Familiarity with sponsorship execution or partnership tracking.
Experience working with early-stage or lean teams.
Prior exposure to remote, globally distributed teams.
