About the RoleAttentive is looking for a People Business Partner to support our Revenue function. This role will act as a strategic partner with managers and employees, supporting these critical functions to empower high performance and growth.You will need to be able to stay one step ahead of our growth and be able to coach and support our managers. As a People Business Partner at Attentive, you will play a significant role in the success of the teams you support. You will be an employee advocate, advisor, and coach and you will work closely with leaders and employees. You will drive impact through coaching managers, managing performance, and building strong relationships. You will serve as a champion for Attentive’s values, ensuring People programs are delivering equitable experiences and outcomes across the organization.What You'll AccomplishBe a trusted advisor and thought leader to managers and an advocate for employeesSupport leaders up to Sr. Director to help navigate them to lead their teams with accountability and excellenceProvide coaching and consultative support to employees & managers in the business units you supportHelp leaders through performance management, with a focus on accountability and enabling successGuide managers through HR policy interpretation and application (time off, leave of absence, etc.)Collaborate with teams across the People organization to lead People cycles throughout the year including employee engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and learning and development programmingDrive a high-performance culture and provoke positive change in people managementBe empathetic and thoughtful in your approach and be obsessed with identifying areas of improvement and executing on solutionsYour Expertise4+ years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 2 years in an HRBP capacity in a high-growth and/or tech environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalInnately curious with a desire to challenge yourself and growAbility to coach through a variety of problems, leading with curiosity and active listeningAbility to drive through ambiguity and deliver solutions with autonomyBuilder mentality with adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure the right outcomes for our customersThe ability to effectively partner with cross-functional partners (e.g. Finance, Legal) and the broader People team (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development) to build a better employee experience for employeesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment; problem-solving skills are a mustThoughtful discretion and hyper-sensitivity around confidential and sensitive informationFor US based applicantsThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,000 - $115,000 annually + equity + benefitsOur salary ranges are determined by role, level and locationAttentive Company ValuesDefault to Action - Move swiftly and with purposeBe One Unstoppable Team - Rally as each other’s championsChampion the Customer - Our success is defined by our customers' successAct Like an Owner - Take responsibility for Attentive’s successLearn more about
