Requirements and responsibilities

Proven track record in developing and deploying agentic AI solutions for workflow automation. Proficiency with Agentic AI SDKs and familiarity with relevant frameworks. Advanced programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript. Expertise in prompt engineering and in defining organizational standards for AI-assisted development. Experience with configuring and managing MCP servers and clients. History of integrating AI tools into the SDLC and evaluating their impact on productivity and quality. In-depth understanding of DevOps methodologies, DORA metrics, and developer productivity tools. Familiarity with Windsurf or similar agentic AI code editors is highly desirable. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, ownership-oriented approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration across engineering, product, and platform divisions.
