Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and high-value clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure clear communication, exceptional customer satisfaction, and sustained revenue growth.
- Proactively engage with patients and prospective clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and closing sales.
- Own and actively manage the daily sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead follow-up, accurate forecasting, and efficient movement of prospects through each stage of the sales funnel.
- Identify bottlenecks early and take corrective action to maintain momentum.
- Drive consistent revenue growth by meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor performance against goals and adjust sales strategies, tactics, and priorities as needed to align with company objectives.
- Lead by example in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Build, mentor, and train junior sales and customer service team members, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help them achieve individual and team goals.
- Oversee and execute the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Identify new sales opportunities, maximize conversion rates, and ensure sales activities are aligned with overall business strategy.
- Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs, handle objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.
- Ensure client expectations are managed effectively throughout the sales process.
- Utilize CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and AI-enabled sales tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, and key KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports and insights to evaluate results, identify trends, and inform strategic improvements.
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or sales leadership role.
- Strong experience in B2C and B2B customer service and sales.
- Background in BPO, call center, or service-oriented industries.
- Proven ability to close deals and lead sales teams.
- Experience with cold calling, outbound sales, and pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- English language proficiency is a must.
