Position SummaryThe position of Sales and Administrative Services Support facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing various sales support, administrative, and office tasks.Essential FunctionsRepresent Affinity Group in an ethical and professional manner.Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of information when needed.Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.Assist Affinity Group at Food ShowsAssist management team with Client/Customer presentationsMaintain a compliant, clean and organized buildingRun errands and make deliveries around the office or to external parties.Point person for coordination of deliveries to Affinity Group corporate officeResponsible for stocking inventory from deliveries to the warehouse and breaking down packages for disposalOther duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceExperience in the retail or food service areas is preferred Knowledge of grocery store department operations and sales experience preferred2 or 4 year undergraduate degree requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Experience using Windows software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable and effective in client-facing environmentsEffective collaborator and contributor functioning in a team environmentSelf-motivating, high-energy, high-capacity and results-orientedDetail-orientedProfessional appearance, winning attitudePhysical Requirements / Working ConditionsReliable transportationAbility to lift objects weighing up to 50lbsRegularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and liftPay range: $20-$23/hrThe Affinity Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
