About the RoleOur client, a reputable and growing personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team. This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment while handling litigation matters across Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of approximately 50 active litigation cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are properly filed.Assist one attorney in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents.Maintain consistent client communication and handle case updates efficiently.Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics.Ensure compliance with Illinois state court procedures, particularly in Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties.Utilize strong technology skills to streamline case management processes and improve operational efficiency.Practice AreasPersonal Injury LitigationCar AccidentsDog BitesSlip and Fall CasesNursing Home AbuseQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably within personal injury law.Strong understanding of Illinois civil litigation procedure.Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.Proficiency in legal technology platforms and document management systems.Why JoinFully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling.Collaborative and supportive team culture.Competitive compensation and room for professional growth.
