Apply today and help shape the future of healthcare delivery.Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and leader for Vitalief’s clinical trial budgeting and coverage analysis outsourcing services.Design, launch, and profitably grow a scalable budgeting and coverage analysis service offering in collaboration with Service Delivery leadership.Review clinical trial protocols and develop comprehensive clinical trial budgets using internal teams and advanced AI-enabled technologies.Oversee budgeting and coverage analysis activities, ensuring compliance with CMS, FDA, NIH, and other regulatory requirements.Lead and contribute to consulting engagements, supporting high-impact financial and operational initiatives.Partner with Business Development to support sales efforts, including client presentations, proposals, and solution design.Develop client proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs); play an influential role in closing new business.Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve innovative clinical research service offerings.Support and advise clients during sponsor and CRO budget negotiations.Represent Vitalief at industry conferences, panels, and thought leadership forums.Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience in clinical research operations, financial management, or related roles.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.Deep expertise in clinical trial budgeting and coverage analysis across oncology and non-oncology studies.Prior consulting experience strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to develop Statements of Work and/or other types of business proposals and gain stakeholder consensus.Proven success negotiating budgets with sponsors and CROs.Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience leading teams, managing complex projects, and maintaining senior-level client relationships.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and building new services.Willingness to travel up to 15% within the United States.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. Standing, walking, visual perception, talking and hearing. Lifting up to 20lbs. Limited travel to various physical locations domestically.
