In the NOCD app, Members can quickly access and schedule live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with our national network of licensed Therapists that specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) - considered the "gold standard" in OCD treatment.At NOCD, we help people reclaim their lives with clinically proven OCD treatment, by removing barriers to OCD care, and reducing the stigma associated with OCD. We’re changing the world and need other like-minded individuals to accelerate and expand our efforts.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and resourceful Commission-Based Clinical Sourcer to support the growth of our provider network. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and facilitating the hiring of high-quality and qualified clinicians who meet NOCD’s standards of care. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with proven recruitment skills and the ability to manage candidates from initial outreach through successful handoff to the NOCD Recruiting Team.This is a contract, commission-only role with no base salary or retainer. Compensation is based on successful clinician hires.ResponsibilitiesPartner with NOCD’s hiring team to understand clinical role requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract independently licensed therapists, psychologists, and clinical professionals.Identify, screen, and present qualified candidates to NOCD’s hiring team.Facilitate communication and scheduling between candidates and NOCD staff as appropriate.Track candidate progress through the recruitment funnel and provide regular pipeline updates.Ensure alignment of candidate qualifications with NOCD’s job descriptions and hiring criteria.DeliverablesConsistent submission of qualified candidates that meet NOCD’s requirements.Facilitation of interviews and support for the hiring process as needed.Ongoing updates on candidate pipeline status and hiring progress.CompensationThis is a commission-only role.
