You’ll be the backbone of our release process—ensuring that code moves smoothly from development to production with speed, reliability, and confidence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on automation, enjoys solving complex build challenges, and wants to make a tangible impact on developer productivity and product quality.What You’ll DoDesign, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable releasesManage and improve build scripts and tooling across multiple projectsCollaborate with developers to streamline workflows and reduce friction in the release processMonitor and troubleshoot build and deployment issues, driving root-cause analysis and long-term fixesChampion best practices in release engineering and automationWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GoCD and CodePipelines.Hands-on expertise with Docker for containerized builds and deploymentsFamiliarity with Nx (monorepo build system) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling such as WebPack.Solid scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar)Experience with version control (Git) and branching strategiesStrong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindsetNice to HaveExperience with testing frameworks used in CI pipelinesExperience with infrastructure-as-code (ex Ansible, Helm, K8S)Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Experience with monorepos and the monorepo patternExperience with .NET and typescript development.Familiarity with monitoring and observability toolsWhy Join UsBe a key driver of engineering efficiency and product reliabilityWork with a collaborative, growth-minded teamOpportunity to shape and scale release processes from the ground up
