Requirements and responsibilities


The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management and support of endpoint devices across the organization. This role ensures endpoint functionality, health, and compliance, providing frontline technical support to internal users and collaborating with teams to enhance the end-user experience.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nManage and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf), including policies, profiles, and reporting.\nManage AWS Workspaces, including image creation and provisioning.\nAssist with implementation of enhancements to Jira Service Management (JSM) workflows, SLAs, and automation rules.\nMaintain service desk portals and knowledgebases.\nManage JSM projects, SLAs, request types, and workflows.\nAssist with automation and scripting to streamline support and operations.\nTroubleshoot endpoint-related issues and escalate as necessary.\nCreate and maintain endpoint baselines, images, and device compliance standards.\nCollaborate with IT team leads on endpoint-related projects and deployments.\nMinimum Requirements\nAssociate (2-year) degree in Computer Information Technology or an equivalent amount of work experience and certifications.\n3+ years supporting a cloud environment tech stack (Office 365, Azure, Slack, etc.)\n3+ years of Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience, such as Intune or Jamf.\nAn overall can-do attitude, the ability to grasp new concepts quickly, and the willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.\nHighly organized with the ability to prioritize and work with multiple deadlines.\nStrong problem-solving techniques and demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of multi-disciplined teams.\nIn addition to the interview process, all candidates will need to evidence their initiative, level of analytical reasoning, teamwork and ability to collaborate on projects, adaptability, and strength in verbal and written skills by completing a separate candidate assessment.\nExperience in scripting languages (PowerShell, JQL, SQL, Bash, etc.) is a plus!\n$78,000 - $83,000 a year\nIn addition to semi-monthly salary payments, this position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
