Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Presales Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco Data Center technologies and Infrastructure NOC operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining strong technical skills with customer engagement, architecture design, and presales strategy. What you’ll do: 🔹 Lead presales conversations, discovery calls, demos, and workshops. 🔹 Design scalable Data Center solutions (Cisco ACI, Nexus, UCS, MDS). 🔹 Build HLD/LLD documents, diagrams, and BOMs. 🔹 Support NOC solution positioning—monitoring, L1–L3 support, SLAs, runbooks. 🔹 Advise customers on modernization, automation, hybrid infrastructure & SDN. 🔹 Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams. What we’re looking for: ✔ 5–10+ years in Cisco DC/Enterprise Networking or NOC. ✔ Strong presales experience. ✔ Expertise in Cisco UCS, ACI, Nexus, DC routing/switching. ✔ Understanding of firewalls, load balancers, WAN, virtualization. ✔ Excellent communication & presentation skills. ✔ Certifications like CCNP/CCIE are a big plus.
