In this full-time hybrid role based in the USA, the engineer will split time between onsite collaboration and remote work, participating in technical discussions with product, software, and engineering teams.Day-to-day tasks include providing presales technical support, demonstrations, support to internal stakeholders and clients, reviewing system requirements, assisting with integration and testing of software features related to BESS, and documenting application workflows and best practices.
