Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM EPBCS Data Integration & AI Agent Specialist to support a multi‑year Finance Transformation initiative. This role will design, build, and optimize enterprise planning data flows, automate close & planning processes using Oracle AI Agents, and ensure seamless integration across ERP, EPM, and analytics platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and enhance EPBCS modules (Financials, CapEx, Projects, Assets, Custom Modeling)Build and maintain integrations across Oracle ERP, AWS Snowflake, and downstream systemsDesign and manage end‑to‑end data pipelines using Data Integration, Data Exchange, Data Management, REST APIs, and EPM AutomateImplement Oracle EPM AI Agents for automation (data validation, variance analysis, reconciliation, narrative generation, close orchestration)Partner with Finance SMEs to redesign planning processes (monthly close, forecast cycles, annual/long‑range planning)Collaborate with ERP, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Finance teams for consistent integration patternsProvide documentation, training, and knowledge transferRequired Qualifications5–10+ years Oracle EPM Cloud experience (EPBCS required)Strong expertise in Data Integration, Data Exchange, Data Management, EPM AutomateProven experience with REST APIs, scripting, and automation frameworksWorking knowledge of AI/ML concepts and Oracle EPM AI AgentsDeep understanding of FP&A, financial close, and corporate finance processesPreferredExperience with FCCS, ARCS, PCMCSBackground in Finance/Accounting/FP&ALarge‑scale Finance Transformation or ERP modernization experienceFamiliarity with Snowflake, Oracle OCI, enterprise data platformsConsulting background (Oracle, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)📧 Interested candidates, please reach out at: domprakash@asofttek.com
