Position Summary:We have an exciting opportunity available for a Workday Principal Consultant on our Workday Delivery team! The Workday Principal Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and production support (post go-live) for the Workday Recruiting module and at least one of these: Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance, Benefits, Reporting, and/or PEX. This role will actively contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday practice and should showcase innovation, strategic thinking and have the drive to make ERPA a Workday partner of choice.Key Responsibilities:Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited directionUnderstand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to Production effortsSupport clients during Annual Events such as: Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc. as neededPartner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignmentAccurately maintain forecast in a timely mannerPartner with the Sales team and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while assisting with sales presentations, demos, and LOEsStay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practicesBuild strong relationships with clients, gained through trust and exceptional customer serviceExperience and Education Requirements:Minimum of three years of experience as a Workday lead consultant at a Workday partner firm is requiredWorkday certification and implementation experience in Workday Recruiting and at least one of these: Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Talent and Performance, Benefits, Reporting, and/or PEXEmployment is contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification.All required Workday Partner certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA.Must have experience troubleshooting or navigating Workday Security and be able to build custom reports.Strong organizational skills are required.
