Why you will love this opportunity as Product Manager at Civica As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the strategic vision for your team driven by Civica’s overall vision and creating product roadmaps that align to Civica’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for leading other product managers, collaborating with product design, user research, engineering and commercial teams. Overseeing lifecycle management of your product, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and vision of becoming a global GovTech champion, whilst delivering critical products and services to citizens around the world. You will be an expert in creating clear and precise customer and outcome focused requirements. You will lead by example and have hands on execution of the product strategy for your product delivery, ensuring that product development practices and roadmaps are aligned to our global vision, to maximise productivity and growth. What you will do to be successful in this role as Product Manager Key responsibilities: Contribute to the strategy and direction of travel for the Civica Pensions product set.Socialise the pensions product direction of travel with stakeholders and customers.Prioritise the pensions enhancements (Software & regulatory change) in line with market and business priorities.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to define and refine the product roadmapWork closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and launchConduct customer interviews, surveys, and market research to gather feedback and insights that inform product decisionsHands-on approach to defining and prioritising product requirements to guide the engineering processOversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product features and releasesPlan and execute successful product launches collaborating closely with Product Marketing team, including developing launch plans, positioning, and messagingAnalyse data and metrics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed data-driven product decisionsChampion a strong culture of knowledge sharing and product decision and design documentationRequirementsMust have strong experience of Product managing of Pensions software solutions.Should have extensive experience of local government or public sector pensions software solutions and regulation.Strong product management experience, working in a modern software or product led organisationExperience operating with Agile development methodologies to manage product development and collaborate with engineering teamsAbility to navigate and address the complexities of product lifecycle management.Strong analytical skills to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform product decisions and identify market opportunitiesCapable of prioritising features, requirements, and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibilityDriving force behind building and execute a product roadmap and strategy that aligns with customer needs and company goalsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer successExperience crafting compelling stories to communicate product vision, value, and benefits to various stakeholders at different levelsWe Want You to Bring Your Whole Self to Work There is no such thing as the perfect candidate, so if you think you have what it takes but don't necessarily meet every single point on the list above, please still get in touch.
