Are you a Certified Technical Architect (CTA) passionate about leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations and driving AI-powered innovation?We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Lead / Architect to lead end-to-end ServiceNow programs, define scalable platform architecture, and drive adoption of Now Assist, Agentic AI, and enterprise automation.What You'll DoLead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation programs.Design scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow architectures.Drive AI initiatives using Now Assist, Agentic AI, AI Search, and automation capabilities.Lead client workshops, solution design sessions, and executive presentations.Mentor technical teams and ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects.Mandatory RequirementsServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)4–5+ years of ServiceNow implementation and delivery experienceProven experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementationsStrong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and HRSDHands-on experience with Now Assist, Agentic AI, AI Search, or Virtual AgentStrong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and best practicesIf you're a CTA-certified ServiceNow Architect, we'd love to hear from you.
