We’re looking for a Program Manager / Self-Service Enablement Specialist to help transform how end users leverage enterprise reporting and analytics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between technology and the people who use it by creating scalable training programs, documentation, and reporting guidance.What You’ll DoBuild and lead a role-based self-service reporting enablement programDevelop training curriculum, playbooks, and reusable documentation for Epic reporting tools and LookerDeliver one-on-one and small-group training to clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholdersPartner with analytics teams to establish reporting standards and best practicesHelp users understand when and how to leverage Epic self-service reporting versus enterprise BI toolsWhat You BringEpic Cogito and/or Caboodle certificationExperience with Epic reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Cogito/Caboodle dashboards)Working knowledge of Looker or a comparable BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, OBIEE)Experience creating technical training materials and delivering adult educationStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesHealthcare analytics and stakeholder engagement experience📩 Interested?
