With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutionsMaintain electronic and hard copy filing system of applications, rebates and other supporting documentsCommunicate effectively as part of team approach with other departments in servicing customersTaking customer service calls in pursuit of first call resolutionData Entry - enter data into various database applicationsProvide customer service activities such as responding to emails and phone callsProvide exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer centric environmentSafeguard confidential customer informationMay provide peer training to co-workers and job shadowing support as assigned in area of responsibilityOther duties as assignedRequirementsMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong verbal and written communicationDetail oriented, sharp memory and accuracy skillsCall center experience or customer service and chat experience is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Word and ExcelProficiency with Outlook and MS support programsSuperior organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills are requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and all levels of internal employeesSelf-motivation and exceptional follow-through skills are a mustAbility to work through difficult tasks in a professional mannerInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environmentCompensation & BenefitsResource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for this position is $18 - $20 per hour. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
