Data Intern — Forensics & AI Cyberette · Remote · 6 months · Unpaid Cyberette is a cybersecurity AI startup backed by the NVIDIA Accelerator Program and Scale NL Accelerator West Coast prgram 2026. We're building forensic AI tools that matter — fast, scrappy, and serious about the tech. If you want to grow with a company from the inside rather than watch from the outside, this is that seat. The role We need a sharp, self-directed Data Intern to help build and maintain the forensic datasets that power our AI models. You'll work directly with the AI team — no busy work, real contribution from day one. This is unpaid, fully remote, and best for someone early in their career who is primarily motivated by hands-on learning, skill-building, and being part of something early-stage and real. You'll leave with a strong portfolio and the inside track on a full-time role if the company grows as planned. What you'll do • Collect, structure, and maintain image and video datasets for computer vision models • Apply preprocessing and formatting to ensure data quality and consistency • Write and run Python scripts to automate data preparation tasks • Document data sources, methods, and dataset structures • Support the AI and dev team with data-related tasks across the pipeline What you bring • Python comfort — scripting, file handling, pandas/numpy • A forensics, data science, or AI background (master's level preferred) • Sharp attention to detail — data quality is everything here • Self-starter mindset — we move fast and you'll need to keep up • Availability during CET hours, minimum 25h/week, goal-oriented What you get • Real experience inside a funded, growing AI startup • Direct mentorship from the AI development team • Exposure to production-level forensic AI workflows • Flexible, fully remote setup • First in line for a paid full-time role based on performance and company growth • A portfolio that shows you worked on something that actually shipped Cyberette welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
