Requirements and responsibilities


We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place IT consultants on projects, across the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bench sales, vendor management, consultant marketing, rate negotiation, and US staffing processes.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC, and TN consultants) to vendors, implementation partners, MSPs, and direct clients.Identify suitable requirements from job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, and other staffing platforms.Submit consultant profiles to matching requirements on a daily basis.Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients/vendors.Negotiate billing rates, pay rates, and contract terms.Follow up with vendors and clients regarding submissions, interview feedback, and placement status.Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, recruiters, and consultants.Update consultant resumes according to market requirements.Track daily submissions, interviews, placements, and closures.Minimize consultant bench time by ensuring quick placements.Work closely with account managers, business development teams, and recruiters.Maintain submission trackers, vendor lists, and activity reports.Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and documentation requirements.Required SkillsTechnical & Domain KnowledgeStrong understanding of US IT Staffing and Bench Sales processes.Knowledge of US tax terms: C2C (Corp-to-Corp), W2, 1099.Familiarity with visa categories: H1B, OPT/CPT, EAD, Green Card (GC), US Citizen (USC).Understanding of IT technologies, skills, and market trends.Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems.QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, business administration, marketing, IT, or a related field.1–5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or US Staffing.Proven track record of consultant placements.The existing vendor network is highly preferred.Tools & Portals UsedDiceLinkedIn RecruiterMonsterCareerBuilderTechFetchIndeedATS/CRM SystemsMicrosoft ExcelIf anyone is Interested and looking for a new position, then please share your updated resume at pravin@mindedgesolution.com.
