Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.Responsibilities:Develop detailed facade layouts and design documentation for high-rise buildings using Revit.Create and optimize facade modulation and building envelope designs.Define, develop, and maintain Revit families and family libraries.Extract schedules, quantities, and technical data from Revit models.Prepare sections, elevations, isometric views, and detailed construction drawings.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.Support the development of BIM standards and drafting best practices.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Revit Draftsman or BIM Modeler.Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Experience preparing detailed architectural or facade construction drawings.Experience creating and managing Revit families.Ability to extract schedules and technical information from Revit models.Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction documentation.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Good communication skills in English.Advantages:Experience designing building facades or curtain wall systems.Experience with Revit plugins related to facade engineering.Knowledge of facade wind load or structural load calculations.Rendering and visualization experience.Experience exporting production drawings to SolidWorks.Previous experience working on high-rise or complex building envelope projects.About the company:An engineering firm specializing in the design and engineering of building facade envelopes for high-rise construction projects.
