We’re opening BoostMate's first official intern cohort.Three roles. Fully remote. Open to anyone, anywhere.The roles are in Operations, Community & Talent Growth, and Product QA.The team is carrying real weight — and we’re at a stage where the work is serious enough to warrant bringing in people who want to learn by actually being inside it. Not observing. Not doing busy work. Actually contributing to a platform that has now onboarded 3,000+ Boosters, run 250+ campaigns, and is actively scaling into Nigeria and Senegal.What I want for whoever joins us is simple — leave this cohort knowing how a real African tech startup makes decisions, builds systems, and moves. That kind of experience doesn’t come from a classroom.Mid-July start. Three slots only.
