Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification.RequirementsExperience Needed/Responsibilities:Prospecting & Lead Generation (Build Your Own Pipeline)Identify contractors in your target market doing $500K to $1M annually.Use tools such as Google Maps, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HomeAdvisor, local business directories, Facebook groups, and Chamber of Commerce lists.Build target lists and continuously fill your pipeline.Daily activities include research, list building, and prioritization before outreach.Cold Outreach (High Activity)Execute multi-touch cold email sequences to warm prospects.Send LinkedIn connection requests and personalized messages.Make 15 to 30 cold calls per day directly to contractors.Most prospects will not respond to email first, as they are often on job sites.Be comfortable calling electricians, plumbers, and other trades professionals and pitching over the phone.American accent required to ensure clear communication with trades business owners.Goal: Get them to agree to a 15-20 min discovery callGood to have:B2B sales experience selling into trades/contractor businessesExperience in home services, construction, or contractor software spaceExisting network of contractors or trades business owners4 Sales Development Representative (SDR)SaaS product knowledge (we'll train you) CRM experience (we'll teach you)Basic understanding of online reviews/reputation managementNon-negotiable Requirements:2+ years of  B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record in both prospecting and setting appointmentsStrong outbound sales skills, including cold calling, lead generation, list building, contact research, and target prioritization.
