Requirements and responsibilities


• Own full-cycle recruiting for various teams within Sales, marketing, and finance organizations. You'll devise a top-of-funnel strategy, drive searches, screen resumes, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews and run point on offers and closing candidates. • Develop a full and diverse pipeline for various roles like Account Manager, Account Executive, Business Development, Marketing Manager, Customer Success, Channel Marketing, Alliance Marketing, etc. from entry-level to executive-level roles. • Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity. • Drive the interview process with an eye towards a great candidate experience. • Partner with Hiring Managers in making objective hiring decisions. • Maintain data integrity in our ATS Greenhouse.
