One of Essel's clients is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from start to finish.In this role, you'll be focused on managing restoration projects end-to-end—overseeing crews and subcontractors, tracking labor budgets and schedules, preparing estimates, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within scope.What you’ll do:Manage labor budgets, schedules, and timelinesCoordinate crews and subcontractorsPrepare estimates, budgets, and cost reportsEnsure compliance with safety and building codesCommunicate progress and technical details to clientsWhat we’re looking for:2+ years of Project Management experienceStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsExperience managing multiple projects at onceProficiency with Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceXactimate experience is a plusValid driver’s license and clean driving recordBeing able to work remotely out of San Jose, CA and travel to client sites and meetings.What we offer:$110,000–$140,000 salaryMedical, Dental & Vision6 Paid HolidaysGrowth, stability, and a genuinely supportive culture
