Responsibilities


We are looking for experienced L2 / L3 Support Engineers with strong expertise in production support, incident management, debugging, and application reliability in enterprise environments. Candidates with experience in trading systems or investment banking support environments will have an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Own L2 & L3 escalations end-to-end including triage, root cause analysis, remediation, and post-incident reviewsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to improve application reliability and supportabilityDevelop scripts, runbooks, and diagnostics tools to reduce resolution timeCreate and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materialsDrive automation initiatives for recurring support issuesParticipate in incident management, problem management, and continuous improvement activitiesRequired Skills:4–6+ years of L2/L3 Application Support experienceStrong experience in Unix/Linux environmentsHands-on coding/debugging experience with Java, Python, C/C++, or other OOP languagesStrong troubleshooting and incident management skillsDatabase knowledge and SQL proficiencyExperience with GitLab, JIRA, and support/ticketing workflowsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills:Experience supporting Trading platforms or Investment Banking applicationsKnowledge of Fixed Income products (Rates, Credit, FX, Commodities)Exposure to microservices architecture and Java/SOA environmentsExperience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, PagerDutyFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile environmentsExposure to AI-driven support environments is a plusWeekend Support: Approximately 4–6 weekends/year (planned in advance)
