You'll connect partner product and engineering teams to ours, define joint value propositions, and drive partnerships from signed agreements through live integration and GTM handoff.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild and maintain executive, product, and technical relationships with counterparts at partner organizations; coordinate cross-functional execution internally across Product, Sales, Marketing, and the leadership teamDrive partnerships from agreement through integration and launch. Scoping and delivering integrations and joint product offerings with partner engineering teamsDefine the joint value proposition and solution narrative; co-define success metrics with partners and report partnership health, wins, and blockers to the CPO and staff teamPartner with Marketing on co-marketing programs, joint announcements, and launch plans; establish the operational framework for each partnership including success criteriaTransition GTM execution to the CRO organization once integrations are live, while retaining executive and product-level relationships for ongoing accountabilityWHAT YOU BRING7–10 years in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or alliances in the security, compliance, or IT industryDemonstrated credibility working across product, engineering, sales, and marketing. You can hold a substantive conversation with an engineer and then present to a CRO in the same dayDeep familiarity with the security and compliance vendor landscape: SIEM, EDR, CASB, DLP, GRC, or adjacent categoriesTechnical fluency sufficient to scope integrations, evaluate API capabilities, and assess product fit without needing a translatorExperience as a technical product manager, solutions architect, or engineering manager is strongly preferredComfortable working across all levels, from CEO to product manager, at both Teramind and partner organizationsHigh agency: you move fast, make practical trade offs, and don't wait for perfect conditionsHOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESSProduct integrations that customers actually adopt, not just launch announcementsTime from partnership agreement to working, customer-facing integrationStrength and differentiation of the joint value proposition, validated with Product, Sales,& MarketingPipeline and revenue generated through the CRO organization post-handoffAbout UsAt Teramind, we're pioneering a predictive, AI-driven approach to safeguarding organizations' people, data, and operations.
