Requirements and responsibilities


We are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced remote environment. This is initially a 3-month project-based opportunity, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate must have prior experience with Shopify and QuickBooks, strong organizational skills, and an English level between A2–B1. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: - Provide general administrative support to internal teams and clients. - Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination. - Organize inboxes, flag priority communications, and draft basic responses. - Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute follow-up summaries. - Maintain accurate documentation and organized shared files. E-commerce & Operations: - Manage Shopify administrative tasks, including product updates, inventory reviews, order tracking, and product listing maintenance. - Ensure pricing, descriptions, tags, and availability remain accurate. - Support operational workflows and perform additional administrative tasks as needed. Accounting & Data Entry: - Perform basic data entry and reconciliations in QuickBooks. - Maintain accurate operational and financial records. Customer & Client Support: - Basic administrative tasks. - Communicate professionally through email and phone. - Provide a friendly and professional customer experience. Requirements: - Previous experience with Shopify (REQUIRED). - Previous experience with QuickBooks (REQUIRED). - English level A2–B1 (REQUIRED). - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Strong communication and follow-up skills. - Experience with administrative and operational support. - Basic social media knowledge is a plus.
