This leader owns the processes, programs, data, and operating cadence that convert market engagement into measurable revenue outcomes.Operating at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, this role ensures full-funnel accountability while leveraging AI, automation, and agentic workflows to drive efficiency, precision targeting, and continuous optimization. The position partners closely with Sales Leadership and RevOps to align pipeline targets, enforce process discipline, and deliver consistent, forecastable growth.This role is tasked not only with executing demand generation but with modernizing the revenue engine through intelligent systems and autonomous process improvement.This is a remote position and requires up to 25% travel within the U.S.Job Responsibilities1. Demand Generation & AI-Driven Pipeline CreationManage multi-channel demand generation strategies across digital, events, ABM, partner, and outbound channelsLeverage AI-driven audience segmentation, intent data, and predictive modeling to improve targeting and conversionOrchestrate full-funnel campaigns with product marketing managers using automation and agentic workflows to increase speed, scale, and personalizationWork closely with the BDR management team to optimize outreach strategies and use AI-assisted insights to drive pipeline progression and efficiency improvementsTrack and report on channel mix success using performance data, CAC efficiency, and AI-based recommendations2. Funnel Performance Management & Intelligent OptimizationOwn funnel performance through SQO (Inquiry → MQL → SQO)Deploy AI models and analytics to identify bottlenecks, leakage points, and conversion opportunities in real timeUtilize agentic tools to autonomously surface insights, recommend actions, and trigger optimizations across the funnelEstablish standardized funnel definitions, governance, and performance benchmarks3.
